If someone congratulates you, you reply by saying Thank You.
When you want to appreciate the work done by someone you use- good, very good, very nice or nice work.
If you didn’t hear what the other person said and you want them to repeat you use- Sorry?, Pardon?, Pardon Me?, What?, What did you say?
If you want to apologize for the mistake done by you, you use sorry, very sorry, really sorry, sorry about that.
